Gutter Systems

A full system contains external gutters with all accessories necessary for assembly. The system is made from deep-drawn sheet with zinc coating 275g/m2 or Aluzinc 185g/m2 with a S.P.T. layer, protected with a 50-micron layer of polyurethane on both sides.

Choosing the gutter size

To match the gutter size to the roof surface, building's length A should be multiplied by roof pitch length B. This calculation shall allow to measure effective roof surface for which the appropriate size of gutters can be chosen.

To facilitate bending hangers with the fall to the downspout, mark with a pencil spots where hangers shall be bent. Remember to number the hangers.

 The minimum recommended fall is 2-5 mm per 1 meter of gutter. Assembly of hangers should begin from fixing the first and the last hanger and extending a rope between them. It shall indicate a straight line along which other hangers shall be fixed by screwing to the fascia board or to the rafter with at least 2 screws.
